MLS Members & NAVICA Users -

        We are excited to share with you new enhancements to the NAVICA system beginning Thursday, January 21, 2010!  These changes will affect the default search screens.  Members will need to rebuild any custom search screens as well as changing saved searches for any prospects in the system.  Note: Any customized search screens will reset to the new MLS defaults on the 21st, therefore, it is highly recommended that you print a copy of any customizations you have made prior to Monday, January 18.

        One of the new enhancements is an additional letter designation for each MLS #, which will indicate the Property class, i.e.: R-Residential, M-Multifamily, L-Land, and C-Commercial.  Note: This enhancement will necessitate the revision of any saved auto notification searches for your clients.

Please excuse any inconvenience, but these enhancements will help facilitate future use of the NAVICA system.
