If your first class was taken prior to 12/2000 and you did not
take 103 prior to class discontinuance, you must take a total of three
300 classes plus the required 308.
Two-day classes: 101, all of the 200 series classes ,308 and 314. All other
classes are one-day All classes begin at 8:00 a.m. Please note the Module 314
will count as two electives.

How do I renew my license? What classes do I need?
Real estate licensees must attach a copy of
continuing education certificates for 24 hours of ADRE-approved continuing
education (CE) courses.
Currently, the requirement for renewal is 3 hours minimum in
each of the following areas, plus additional hours in the following areas or in
the General real estate category, to total 24 hours: Agency Law
Contract Law
Commissioner's Standards* Disclosure
Fair Housing
Real Estate Legal Issues
*At least three hours of
credit in the Commissioner's Standards category must be the Broker Management
Clinic if you are an active status designated brokers (which includes
self-employed brokers).

What is the time frame for completion of an Ethics course??
NAR requires that each member take a 2 1/2 hour Ethics course
every 4 years. The current 4-year period is from
January 1, 2005 - December 31, 2008.
How do I get my zipforms subscription renewed?
Launch ZipForm software by double-clicking the Zipform icon on your desktop
(make sure your internet connection is open).
Click RENEW. Do not choose REACTIVATE
Choose via Internet.
Log in to AARonline by entering your email address and password.
On the next page "Click here to renew”. You will then be prompted to download
the renewal file. Click “Open” and follow the installation wizard.
Netscape users will want to “Run From Current Location”.
The installation wizard will restart your computer and the process is
complete.
